Giveaway terms and conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is Coast & Fell (coastandfell.co.uk). Contact: [email protected].

2. The prize

One Black Diamond Storm 500-R rechargeable head torch (500 lumens, IP67) in the Azul colourway, approximate retail value £50 to £60. One winner. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is offered. If the stated colourway or model becomes unavailable, the promoter will substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding anyone connected with the promoter or their household. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry form per person; duplicate forms from the same person will be reduced to the most recent one.

4. How to enter

Enter by completing the form at coastandfell.co.uk/win/head-torch-2026 before the closing time. Each entrant receives one entry in the draw. Entrants may claim up to two additional entries: one for following @coastandfell on Instagram (an Instagram handle must be provided), and one for tagging a friend in the comments of the Coast & Fell giveaway post on Instagram. Additional entries are claimed on the entry form and verified only for the provisional winner, as set out in section 6.

5. Closing date and the draw

Entries close at 12:00 noon (UK time) on Monday 23 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included. The winner will be selected by random draw, weighted by number of valid entries, on the same day.

6. Verification and redraw

Before the prize is dispatched, the provisional winner's claimed additional entries will be checked: the Instagram handle provided must exist and follow @coastandfell at the time of checking if a follow entry was claimed, and the tag must be visible on the giveaway post if a tag entry was claimed. If a claimed entry cannot be verified, the claim is treated as invalid and the draw is re-run until a winner with verifiable entries (or a winner relying only on the single form entry) is selected. Falsified claims void all of that entrant's entries.

7. Winner notification and delivery

The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw and must respond with a valid UK delivery address within 14 days, after which a redraw may take place. The prize will be dispatched to a UK address at the promoter's cost within 14 days of receiving the address. The winner's first name may be announced on Coast & Fell's website and social channels; any further publicity is with the winner's consent only.

8. Your data

Entry details (first name, email address, optional Instagram handle, entry source) are used solely to administer this giveaway: running the draw, verifying the winner and arranging delivery. If you tick the optional email box on the entry form, your name and email address will also be added to the Coast & Fell newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe at any time; ticking the box is not a condition of entry and does not affect your chances. Entry data for entrants who did not tick the box is deleted within 60 days of the draw. See the site's privacy policy for more.

9. General

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Amazon. By entering you release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances outside its control make that unavoidable, and will avoid doing so in any way that disadvantages entrants.
